Mr. Kelly was very professional, very patient, and very knowledgeable and showed us how to program my phone and my hearing aid. Miss Eileen was very professional Impatient. Would recommend this place to each and all people to have hearing aid problems.

Awesome experience. Called them due to scheduling issues at anther location and they were able to get me right in. Very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips for maintenance and usage. Found an issue with one of my current hearing aids and are handling getting it repaired under warrenty.

The office was very inviting, clean and there was plenty of seating. The staff is very professional and caring. The test was carefully administered and the results were ready fairly quickly.
